SuiteHairStyles Salon is reopening for business and so excited to welcome you back. We thank you so much for your patience and continued support. We appreciate each one of you very much. Here you will find the new protocol for your upcoming visit. The health, safety & well-being of our guests and community are most important to us. We have been working hard preparing for our reopening. We know our guests expect the highest standards at SuiteHairStyles Salon and we are committed to providing that even during this challenging time.
I would like everyone to be as prepared as possible in knowing what to expect. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We are all in different places on our journey and I want you to know I honor your timing & process. SuiteHairStyles Salon is making every effort to ensure everyone’s comfort, health & safety. With that said kindness, respect, and communication is TOP priority as we navigate through this new normal.
Our plan is to go beyond what is recommended. The following list will outline those protocols as well as inform you of what to expect upon returning to the salon:
- Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon.
- We have a sanitation station available for use upon arrival.
- Treating everyone, including staff, as if they could be infected.
- Each area, all tools, stations, and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client.
- Masks will be mandatory. Everyone is required to come with their own mask. Please do not remove your mask during your visit. This also goes for your stylist & staff working in the building. Please keep in mind a disposable mask is suggested during your service, as you may get hair color and or it may get slightly wet.
- It is not mandatory to wear gloves if you are following hand sanitizing procedures.
- SuiteHairStyles Salon is certified and up to date on all Sanitation protocols via Barbacide ™ and OSHA.gov.
- No food or beverages will be permitted in the salon.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL & ENTRY: (State guidelines & regulations) Please wait in your car until your appointment time. New regulations do not allow people to gather and wait in the waiting room at this time. Every client is required to wear a mask for the full duration of your appointment (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Any clients who are sick, around anyone who has been sick, or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home.
