8- cans of evaporated milk

2- cans of coconut milk

6- cans of condensed milk

Two lime peels (wash limes & peel. Add one lime peel to bowl and stir occasionally. Add second lime peel in the batch if you do not taste a hint of lime, it’s all up to your taste).

10 eggs

Bottle of rum

Nutmeg (dash or two)

Bitters to taste (dash or two)

Instructions

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl (large enough to mix all ingredients) with lime peel until light & fluffy

Empty evaporated & condensed milk (stirring occasionally with a spatula)

Add a dash or two of nutmeg then bitters (all to taste, start off with one dash).

Add rum (start off with 2-3 cups and keep adding to your taste)

REMOVE LIME PEEL AND SERVE OVER CRUSHED ICE. STORE IN FRIDGE OR COOL PLACE.
