Buffalo Chicken Wraps




8 Flour tortillas

4 Chicken breast

2 Avocado

2 Heads of Romaine lettuce

8 Pieces of bacon

1 cup of buffalo sauce

 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning

2 Tbs of cream cheese

1 Tbs of  sour cream

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1 tsp of garlic salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes


Prepare chicken: If you don’t have time to use the crockpot, a store bought rotisserie chicken mixed with the same ingredients will work too.

Place chicken in crockpot with 1 cup of buffalo sauce, 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes on low for 6 hours, once done shred with a fork. ( I made this the night before). Let it chill in the fridge.

Place the flour tortilla down first, tear the romaine lettuce and lay in the middle of tortilla. On top of the lettuce place chicken, bacon, avocado, roll and enjoy!

* Placing ingredients on top of lettuce keeps the tortilla fresh a dry, this is  great especially if your making to bring somewhere or meal prepping.

Buffalo Ranch Dipping Sauce:


1/2 cup of buffalo sauce

1/2 cup of ranch dressing


Mix together and use as dipping sauce. Enjoy!
