Chicken, Cabbage, Veggie Bowls with a Peanut Sesame Seed Oil Dressing




Protein: I’ve used chicken or carne asada. Either works & taste great!

For protein marinate:

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sriracha

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp of soy sauce

1 pepper and salt

Prepare protein as desired.

1 handful of green shredded cabbage (precut @ Trader Joe’s)

1 handful of mixed shredded carrots, red & green cabbage (precut @ Trader Joe’s)

1/4 cup of cucumber

1/2 avocado

pinch of micro greens (Trader Joe’s)

Peanut Sesame Oil Dressing:

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup sesame seed oil

1 tbs of soy sauce

1 tbs sriracha

Mix all together in a mason jar. Good for up to 5 days.
