My favorite secret to share is try alternating your shampoo and conditioner. Meaning, use two different types in the shower. Currently I’m using Morroccanoil Moisture Repair shampoo & conditioner and Joico K-pac Color Therapy shampoo & conditioner. I wash my hair about 2-3 times a week and switch between the two. I see a difference instantly when rotating the products.
I always say, “imagine if you ate the same exact thing every day, eventually you wouldn’t taste anything different. Right?”……. Well hair care products work similar.
