Ingredients:
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup (Ralphs)
1 package of Ranch Dressing Mix (Ralphs)
1 4oz package of Pancetta (Trader Joes)
2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 2lb bag frozen tater tots
6 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
2 tbs of chives
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Cook pancetta on the stove until crispy. Mix milk, eggs, chives, cream of chicken, ranch dressing mix, set aside.
3. Pour bag of tater tots into casserole dish. Sprinkle pancetta and cheese onto tater tots.
4. Pour egg mixture onto tater tots and cook for 50-60 min. Enjoy.
