Homemade Donuts

 

IMG_4804Homemade donuts was a childhood favorite! My Aunt Marsha would make us kids these donuts on sunday mornings.

This is the perfect addition to Sunday brunch at home. Every once in a while its okay to splurge!..Right? Why not do that with some homemade donuts?! This recipe will have your guest so excited and well satisfied guaranteed!

  1. Dutch oven 
  2. 2” of heat Vegetable oil or Coconut oil 
  3. 1 cup of sugar 
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1 can on Philsbury biscuits 

Directions:

Heat oil on medium/high until hot in dutch oven. Cut a circle in the middle of each biscuit. (use cookie cutter or medication lid). Cook 15 seconds on each side. Once done, mix sugar and cinnamon & lightly coat the donuts. You can use a bag and shake with sugar or sprinkle powder sugar on top! Enjoy!!!
