Peach and Berry Cobbler




1 box of yellow cake mix

1 bag of frozen berries (I used raspberries & blueberries)

1 large can of Dole peaches

1 lemon

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 stick of melted butter

1 can of coconut oil spray



Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray cake pan with coconut oil. Pour peaches and frozen bag of berries on the bottom of pan. In a separate bowl lightly mix cake mix, cinnamon, and melted butter using a fork. (Don’t over mix). Top with lemon zest. Bake for 45 min. Allow dessert to cool 20 min before serving. You can serve hot, cold or at room temperature. Top with vanilla ice cream & enjoy!

If making for a larger party. , scoop in a plastic clear cup as shown in the photo. This allows for a pretty display & great portion control!
