Vegetable Breakfast Quiche

 

Ingridents

1 bell pepper chopped

1 cup of finely chopped kale (used kitchen sissors)

5 eggs

1 cup of water

1 tsp of garlic salt

1 tsp chipotle tabasco sauce

salt & pepper to taste

4 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled

1 pie crust

cheese (optional)

 

Directions

1. Roll pie crust out

2. Chop vegetables finely and lightly sauté until soft in skillet for just around 10 minutes of low.

3. In a bowl mix, eggs, salt, pepper, water, garlic salt, bacon, & chipotle tabasco sauce.

4. Add sauteed veggies and mix with the egg mixture.

*mix in 1/2 cup of chedder cheese if desired at this time.

5. Cook in oven on 375• for 45 min. Serve. Enjoy!
