As we enter into the new year it always feels good to start off eating a little healthier! This is one of my go to Sunday breakfast meals that’s full of greens and tastes so good you’ll have everyone in awe that it’s veggies! I paired this with hash browns and bacon.
Ingredients:
1 pie shell
6 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tsp chipotle Tabasco
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp fresh oregano
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 onion
1 cup of chopped kale
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Directions:
Saute onions until fragrant. Add kale and broccoli until soft, about 5-10 minutes. In a mixer add eggs, milk, Tabasco seasonings, oregano until well mixed. Then add milk and sour cream. Add shredded cheese. Pour into pie dish and cook for 45 minutes at 350.
