Fully Loaded Green Breakfast Quiche

This is one of my go to Sunday breakfast meals that’s full of greens and tastes so good you’ll have everyone in awe that it’s veggies! I paired this with hash browns and bacon.

Ingredients:

1 pie shell

6 eggs

1 cup of milk

1 tsp chipotle Tabasco

salt & pepper to taste

1/4 tsp white pepper

1 tsp fresh oregano

1/4 cup of sour cream

1/2 onion

1 cup of chopped kale

1 cup of broccoli

1/2 cup of shredded cheese

 

Directions:

Saute onions until fragrant. Add kale and broccoli until soft, about 5-10 minutes. In a mixer add eggs, milk, Tabasco seasonings, oregano until well mixed. Then add milk and sour cream. Add shredded cheese. Pour into pie dish and cook for 45 minutes at 350.
